Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Local (Jamaica): 3–7 business days
Caribbean: 7–14 business days
International: 14–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
